Dear Corfe Castle Village Hall Users

February 25th: After this weeks government announcements the Trustees have decided to amend the Covid precautions at the village hall by suspending the requirement to provide a Covid Risk Assessment and to conform with the Special Covid Conditions of Hire. In addition the warning signage will be greatly reduced to reflect the current situation.

However, for the sake of the vulnerable members in our community the Trustees request that the following precautions are followed if possible:-

• That no one suffering from any flu like respiratory symptoms enters the building.
• Hand sanitiser will be continue to be provide by the hall.
• Face coverings are used where practical.
• Better ventilation is provided where practical.

Please note that it is entirely the responsibility of the event organiser to determine what they consider to be reasonable and responsible precautions dependant on the clientele they expect to attend their event.

The Trustees retain the right to re-introduce any precautions and restrictions that they deem necessary with immediate effect.

All future Village Hall run events will endeavour to conform to these continuing precautions.
